Pool Cardio, easy right?! heck no, an intense half hour of foam dumbells and body weight under water! this was a very wet session but super fun!

We visited the Linhope Spout waterfall and saw some of the beautiful Northumberland coutryside in the process
and even met the locals
once back we did an extended abs vs kettlebells session
then free for the evening.
I decided to get a sports massage from one of the qualified trainers, i was feeling some aching in my muscles quads, glues and hamstrings mostly.
After a half hour on the table i felt like a new woman, and ready to crack on with the last few days
